The new T300 Automatica matches an estimated production rate of 2,400 cuts/h, 600 frame/h (depending on the frame size). To optimize production cycle, the T300 Automatica uses an additional clamp that pre-positions the moulding in hide time to reduce over 50% the time of reloading. A particular control system supports and balances the blades group to guarantee a fast up and down always keeping an high quality of execution of the cut. T300 Automatica cuts the moulding at a 45° angle that can be used to produce photo and picture frames, but also doors, windows and furniture profiles. The saw is fed through an horizontal (or vertical) mouldings upper, with a load capability of 30 sticks of different lengths (it accepts also MDGS that are over the 3000mm).
