The automatic measurement gauge is a device studied for our T350 and T200 double mitre saws, that can also be applied to other brand saws.

The gauge allow to memorize up to 1400 different moulding profiles to cut.

The programs loaded into the memory of the PC, can be manually called off from the list of programs or through the use of a bar code scanner.

The device is made of two parts:

• automatic width measuring system
• automatic gauge

The strength of this handy tool is that of saving a lot of time when starting a new cutting cycle. Once you’ve inserted the dimensions of the frame you need to cut (internal or external dimensions), the system will automatically and instantaneously calculate the positioning of the gauge.

A pneumatic system equipped with an encoder always guarantees you a precision of the measuring.

The automatic gauge has a stop on which is installed a sensor that, as soon as the cut is completed and the moulding is moved away, it sends the information to the computer so that the stop moves automatically to the new position.

The all system is moved through a servo motor and a cog belt.
